LaunchMemes Fees Explained

Updated 2026-10-07 · 5 min read

LaunchMemes uses different fee models for Fair Launch NEXT, direct token creation and supported external-token swaps. The numbers make sense once those products are kept separate.

Fair Launch NEXT creation fee

  • LaunchMemes creation fee: 0 SOL.
  • Solana network fees and account rent/account-creation costs can still apply.
  • Optional Initial Buy is a token purchase, not a platform fee.

Before graduation: 2% trading fee

  • Creator Rewards: 1.20%.
  • LaunchMemes: 0.40%.
  • Meteora: 0.40%.
  • Total: 2.00%.

After graduation: 2% trading fee

  • Compounding/reinvestment: 0.50%.
  • Creator Rewards: 1.20%.
  • LaunchMemes: 0.30%.
  • Total: 2.00%.

Fee Sharing does not change the total fee

When enabled, Fee Sharing divides only the 1.20% Creator Rewards portion between eligible wallets. It does not increase the total trading fee and does not split the Meteora, LaunchMemes or compounding portions.

Direct Create Token

  • LaunchMemes platform fee: 0.01 SOL.
  • Displayed network/account estimate: ~0.02 SOL.
  • Actual network/account costs can vary.

External-token trading through Jupiter

When applicable, supported Jupiter-routed swaps for tokens not launched by LaunchMemes can include a 0.5% LaunchMemes platform fee. This external-token fee should not be added on top of the existing LaunchMemes launch-market fee model for LaunchMemes-launched tokens.

Network costs are separate

Solana transaction fees and account creation/rent are blockchain costs, not the same thing as a LaunchMemes platform fee. Always review the final wallet transaction before signing.
